I was looking for a couple of UTV parts and didn’t expect to find them that easily, but they actually had them in stock. Checkout was simple, and I didn’t have to bounce around a bunch of different sites to track everything down. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the experience.

My order did have tracking, and yes, it technically moved along, but wow, the updates were so slow and vague. For a couple of days I had no idea where my package even was, which is kind of the whole point of tracking, right? It did show up eventually, so I can’t say it was a total disaster, but the tracking info definitely needs to be clearer and updated more often

It’s a decent value overall, but I was expecting a bit more for the price. I mean, it’s not bad—actually, let me put it this way: it does the job, but I don’t feel like I got quite as much as I hoped for the money.

Payment went through really fast, and I didn’t have any issues with my card. Compared to some other places where checkout can be slow or glitchy, this was smooth.

My refund ended up coming through faster than I thought it would. I did have to wait a bit to hear back, but the money was back in my account soon enough, so it worked out. Taking off one star for the slight delay, but overall I’d say it was handled well.

Maybe the actual item is fine, but the shipping experience was really disappointing. i wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve ordered somewhere else. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

At first, everything seemed fine when the parts showed up. Shipping was on time and nothing looked damaged, so my first impression was positive.
